Our Huggles Writing

We have been writing about a kind monster called Huggles. 

Here are the descriptions we wrote about Huggles. They are up on display in Room 10.

Huggles is a kind monster because he likes to give hugs!

When Huggles is happy, his belly button turns yellow!

When Huggles is sad, his belly button turns blue!

 Huggles goes to school with the children.

He loves to make people happy.

 Huggles uses kind words to his friends.

Huggles helps people.

 He has lots of fun with his friends.

Huggles makes people feel happy.

Huggles is good at sharing and caring for others. 

Huggles can come into Room 10 any time!

Friday afternoon fun

On Friday afternoon we had some free choice time. We had a whale of a time!!

Some of us worked together as a team and built an amazing marble run tower.

Tommie loved dressing up as a dinosaur!

Carlos dressed as a pirate.

Hayley was Buzz Lightyear!

Zach was Spiderman!

Jordan was ready for take off as Superman!

What a happy afternoon playing together!

Zahabiya and Daisy joined in the fun!

Adam AKA Buzz Lightyear joined Spiderman!

School Disco

It was the school disco on Friday. We had a lovely time dancing.

Cameron had the hip hop style down to a T 

Daisy had the moves. 

Nathan and Timothy couldn't stay still long enough to get a photo! 

Adam and Alex were striking a pose!

We LOVED dancing so much! 

Hayley and Daisy made a beautiful pair! 

James looked quite the part!

Fitness Is Fun!

We had so much fun playing with the balls during fitness.

We bounced, passed and kicked the balls to our partners.

We had lots of fun while we got some exercise as well.

Swimming today

Oh No... The Swimming Pool is Closed!

Tuesday 21st Feb 

Team 8 and Team 10 were so sad to hear that Mr Leslie had to close the swimming pool. 

 All the hot, wet weather has cause some green algae to grow in it.  

Mrs Newman and Mrs Grant got together to make a plan, because we all looked so sad.  

Look what they surprised us with after lunch today.

Yipee, it was such fun!!
