Our Huggles Writing

We have been writing about a kind monster called Huggles. 

Here are the descriptions we wrote about Huggles. They are up on display in Room 10.

Huggles is a kind monster because he likes to give hugs!

When Huggles is happy, his belly button turns yellow!

When Huggles is sad, his belly button turns blue!

 Huggles goes to school with the children.

He loves to make people happy.

 Huggles uses kind words to his friends.

Huggles helps people.

 He has lots of fun with his friends.

Huggles makes people feel happy.

Huggles is good at sharing and caring for others. 

Huggles can come into Room 10 any time!

Our Kelly Sports Session

Kelly Sports came to Sunnyhills and gave all of the Junior classes a free sports session.

We listened carefully to the coaches.

We had such a lot of fun playing games in the sun. 

We raced through the ladders and the hurdles.

We dribbled and kicked footballs.

Ready, set, go!!

We threw the tennis balls at the wickets.

It was such a lot of fun.

We threw the rugby balls.

We took turns and worked together as a team too.

We had a FANTASTIC time!!! Thank you Kelly Sports!!!

Seasons

Come and see our beautiful Autumn Tree.
We wrote Autumn stories and made hedgehogs using Autumn leaves that will hibernate under our tree over Winter.

Our Spring bulbs have been staked up as they continue to grow up, up, up. They must like the spot on the window sill where it is warm and sheltered.
I wonder when the flower will come? In Spring? What do you think?
